
Returns and Exchange Policy
KENESAM.COM seeks to complete satisfaction of its customers. Customers has the right to cancel the orders without specifying any reasons, by returning the goods purchased from the website within five working days of the date the goods were received. To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer should e-mail the following information to customercare@kenesam.com.
1.The indication that he/she wants to exercise the right of cancellation.
2.The indication of the goods he/she wants to exercise the right of cancellation.
3.The order number in question and the e-mail adress to which a credit note should be send.
Upon exercising the right of cancellation KENESAM.COM will issue a credit note to the customer provided the returned goods conforms with the following, i.e packaging is still original, goods are unused or unworn, the original invoices accompanied the goods returned, and no alterations have been made to the goods.
kenesam.com will not give any credit note without the above mentioned requirements and the costs to return the goods back to the customer will be added to the invoice and will be required to be paid by the customer before the goods can be resend. In an event were goods return costs are not paid within three months, goods will be sold and admin costs will be recovered from the sale.
In an event were a credit note is given, the customer has a period of six months to utilize the credit note. Failure to do so will result in the credit note being forfeited and the customer will be notified of such by e.mail.
